Done in Baku on May 14, 2015, in duplicate, in the Vietnamese, Azerbaijani and English languages, all texts being equally authentic. In case of divergence of interpretation, the English text shall prevail.

Done in Liubljana on the sixteenth day of June 2015, in two originals in the English language.

Any additions and amendments may be made to this Agreement by mutual consent of the Parties. Such additions and amendments shall be made in a form of separate protocols being an integral part of this Agreement and shall enter into force in accordance with the provisions of Article 19 of this Agreement.

The Parties may amend and modify this Agreement by mutual written consent through the diplomatic channel.

Either Party may request in writing a revision, modification or amendment of all or any part of this Memorandum of Understanding.

Any revision, modification or amendment agreed to by the Parties shall be reduced into writing and shall form integral part of this Memorandum of Understanding.

Such revision, modification or amendment shall come into force on such date as may be determined by the Parties.

Unless otherwise decided by the Parties, any revision, modification or amendment will not affect the implementation of on-going activities or programmes which have been jointly agreed by the Parties before or up to the date of such revision, modification or amendment.

Article...... Confidentiality

1. Each Party shall undertake to observe the confidentiality and secrecy of documents, information and other data received or supplied to the other Party during the period of the implementation of this Memorandum of Understanding or any other agreements made pursuant to this Memorandum of Understanding.
2. The provisions of this Article shall continue to be binding between the Parties notwithstanding the terminations of this Memorandum of Understanding.

Paragraph..... Confidentiality

1. Each Participant undertakes to observe the confidentiality and secrecy of documents, infomation and other data received or supplied to the other Participant during the period of the implementation of this Co-operation Arrangement or any other arrangements made pursuant to this Co-operation Arrangement.
2. Both Participants agree that the provisions of this Paragraph shall continue to be binding between the Participants notwithstanding the termination or expiration of this Co-operation Arrangement.

Article...... Confidentiality

1. Each Party shall undertake to observe the confidentiality and secrecy of documents, information and other data received from, or supplied to, the other Party during the implememtation of this Memorandum of Understanding or any other agreements made pursuant to this Memorandum of Understanding.
2. Both Parties agree that the provisions of this Article shall survive the expiry or termination of this Memorandum of Understanding.

Any disagreement that may arise from the interpretation or application of this Agreement shall be resolved by consultations or negotiations between the Parties.

Any dispute between the Contracting Parties arising out of the interpretation or implementation of the Agreement shall be settled in an amicable way through consultations and negotiations.

Any difference or dispute between the Parties concerning the interpretation and/or implementation and/or application of any of the provisions of this Memorandum of Understanding shall be settled amicably through mutual consultation and/or negotiation between the Parties through diplomatic channels, without reference to any third party of international tribunal.

This Agreement shall enter into force on the date of receipt by the Parties of the last written notification through diplomatic channels confirming the completion of their internal procedures required for the entry into force of this Agreement.

This Agreement shall remain in force indefinitely and shall expire six (06) months from the date a Party receives written notice from the other Party through diplomatic channels of its intention to terminate the Agreement.

The termination of this Agreement shall not affect the implementation of ongoing activities which have been agreed upon prior to the date of such termination.

1. This Co-operation Arrangement will come into effect on the date of signing and will continue to have effect for a period of three (3) years.

2. Thereafter, this Co-operation Arrangement may be extended upon mutual agreement of the Participants.

3. Notwithstanding anything in this Paragraph, either Participant may terminate this Co-operation Arrangement by notifying the other Participant of its intention to terminate this Co-operation Arrangement by a notice in writing, at least sixty (60) days prior to its intention to do so

4. The termination of this Co-operation Arrangement will not affect the implementation of on-going projects and/or programmes, which have been agreed upon before the date of the termination of this Co-operation Arrangement

Each Party shall inform the other by diplomatic note when all necessary steps have been taken for entry into force of this Treaty. This Treaty shall enter into force on the thirthieth day from the date of receipt of the later diplomatic note.

This Treaty applies to any requests presented after its entry into force even if the relevant conduct occcured before the entry into force of this Treaty.

Either Party may terminate this Treaty at any time by notice in writing to the other Party through diplomatic channels. Termination shall take effect on the one hundred and eightieth day after the date on which the notice is given.
